热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的肌电图分析

热针治疗３２例腰椎间盘突出症前后的肌电图对比观察表明，患者肌电图改变主要表现为腓总神经、胫神经的运动传导速度减慢，远端潜伏期延长。热针治疗后，腓总神经、胫神经传导速度加快；远端潜伏期缩短（Ｐ＜０．００１）；Ｈ反射异常者７例，全部恢复正常；出现自发电活动者６例，无明显变化。肌电图结果提示：热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机理，可能是通过热针的刺激和热针体内的热效应，使突出的髓核萎缩变性，缓解或消除了对神经根的压迫，使受损的坐骨神经得以改善和修复。

Analysis of Electromyography in Patients with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Treated with Hot Acupuncture

It was showed that changes of electromyography in the patients with prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc manifested mainly as reduction of motor conduction velocity in the common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve, and extension of latency in the distal part. However, after hot acupuncture the conduction velocity was accelerated and the latency was shortened (P<0. 001). The 7 patients with abnormal H reflex all restored normal and the 6 cases producing spontaneous electric activity did not have any obvious change. It is suggested from the electromyography results that the therapeutic effect of hot acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc may be carried out throughthe stimulation and heat effect of the hot needle,inducing atrophy and degeneration of the protruding pulpiform nucleus, which relieve or eliminate the pressure of the nerve root. Thus, the injured sciatic nerve attains improvement and repair.
