| 摘 要： | 本实验以大鼠胆汁流量为指标，观察耳──体穴电针对胆汁分泌的影响。当电针耳穴“肝胆”区和体穴“肾俞”时，胆汁流量显著增加，而且有持久的后作用。将从电针有效大鼠的十二指肠中提取出的组织液注射于另一大鼠的静脉中，可产生类似于电针使胆汁增加的效应。说明耳──体穴电针的利胆效应可以通过十二指肠分泌的体液物质而实现。

| Abstract: | In the present experiment,bile flow was used as the index and effects of electroacupuncture of ear-body points on biliation were observated. Bile flow was increased significantly by electroacupuncture of "GanDan"area of ear-points and Shenshu of body points with a persistent after-effect. The similar effect of electroacupuncture-induced increase of biliation was produced in the rats that received vein injection of extract of the duodenum tissue of electroacupunctureeffective rats. It is indicated that the electroacupunctureinduced effect of biliation is carried out possibly through humoral substances secreted by the duodenum. |
