摘    要:目的 探讨脑梗死偏瘫的早期康复治疗疗效.方法 将122例脑梗死偏瘫患者随机分为两组,早期康复组60例,应用Clayton康复方案,疗程1个月;对照组62例,不进行康复锻炼.采用临床神经功能缺损程度评分,简式Fugl Meyer运动功能评分(FMA)以及改良Barthel指数(MBI)于初期、末期(1个月)对两组病人评定并进行t检验.结果 治疗后,早期康复组临床神经功能缺损程度评分明显减少,与对照组相比,P<0.01,FMA、MBI明显提高,与对照组相比,P<0.01.结论 早期康复治疗可明显促进患肢运动功能恢复,降低致残率,提高日常生活能力.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation in hemiplegia of cerebral infarction.Methods 122 cases ofhemiplegia patients who suffered from cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in the early rehabilitationgroup and trained with Clayton methodology,1 month as a course;62 cases in the control group without rehabilitation practice.At theend of the course,Ttest was done of the two groups respectively with the evaluation point of clinical neurological defects,simple Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI) at the beginning and the end(1 month) of the course.Results After treat-ment,the evaluation point of clinical neurological defects in the early rehabilitation group is much lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The point of FMAand MBI increased markedly,compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Early rehabilitationpractice can markedly significantly improve the recovery of limbs' function,decrease disabilities,and improve daily activities.
