| 摘 要： | 目的观察急性脑血管病患者血流变性及血小板的改变。方法选择急性脑血管意外病例，检测其血液流变学及血小板指标并作统计学处理。结果血液流变学4项指标，脑出血组三项指标均明显高于对照组和脑梗塞组：脑梗塞组三项指标均高于对照组，脑出血和脑梗塞组血小板计数均低于对照组。结论急性脑血管病患者血流变学指标有明显改变，血液的流变性障碍。
