摘    要:目的:观察MPTP-Parkinsonism小鼠多巴胺能神经元细胞凋亡及Deprenyl抗凋亡作用;方法:应用TUNEL染色、TH、BCL-2免疫组化染色、TUNEL/TH双标染色和电镜技术观察多巴胺能神经元凋亡及Deprenyl抗凋亡作用;结果:模型鼠脑黑质内有多巴胺能神经元凋亡.而Deprenyl可阻止这种神经元凋亡;结论:1.模型中多巴胺能神经元的丢失可能是通过细胞凋亡机制实现的;2.Deprenyl可能部分阻止多巴胺能神经元凋亡。

Abstract:Object: TO investgate the apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons and the antiopoptotic effect of deprenyl in MPTP-Parkinsonia mice; Method: To examine the apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons and the antiopoptotic effect of deprenyl by using TH and BCL-2 stains, TUNEL stain and TUNEL/TH double stainings. Result: There are apoptosis of dopaminergic nuerons, and deprenyl can prevent apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons in the MPTP-Parkinsonial mice. Conclusion: 1. The loss of nigral dopaminergic neurons may occur via active apoptotic mechanism in MPTP-Parkinsonian mice. 2. Deprenyl can prevent apoptosis of dopaminergic neurons in MPTP-Parkinsonian mice.
