| 摘 要： | 文章对近年来有关阿奇霉素不良反应的文献资料进行归纳，其主要不良反应包括胃肠道反应、过敏反应。其中过敏性休克的发生高于预期；其他少见的不良反应包括白细胞减少症、肝损害、听力损伤、低血压和血小板减少伴皮下出血等。

| Abstract: | The article induced the recent literatures which related to adverse effects of azithromycin.The main adverse effects includes:the response of stomach and intestinal tract,the response of allergic,allergic shock occurrence is also higher than anticipation,the youth and the old may occur the liver and the kidney toxicity.Some rare adverse effects are also included:leucocyte decrease,liver damage,hearing damage and so on. |
