贯彻科学发展观 推动卫生事业发展

改革开放以来,卫生事业取得巨大成就,但是在发展过程中存在资源利用效率低下、增长方式粗放、卫生产品单一、医疗保障制度不够科学、卫生公平性下降、卫生诚信备受质疑等问题。加快卫生发展,必须进一步解放思想,以科学发展观统领,坚守民生是卫生发展观的价值基点;适应经济社会发展的水平,适应人民群众的需求;坚持政府主导、管理法制化、管办分离三个基本原则;突出卫生产品供给、城乡卫生规划、区域卫生发展、卫生文化建设四个统筹,建设具有中国特色的社会主义卫生事业。

Applying the Scientific Outlook on Development, Promoting the Development of Health Services
