动脉血栓模型建立的方法学研究

摘    要:目的建立一种简单、快速而又适合超声评价的动脉血栓模型。方法25只新西兰大白兔,分为3组,分别采用FeCl3化学腐蚀法(A组)、注入凝血酶法(B组)及动脉钳夹 挤压血管外膜法(C组)建立动脉血栓模型。结果A组及B组实验兔均成功建立腹主动脉血栓模型。C组兔股动脉梗阻性血栓模型成功建立,但实验段腹主动脉未见血栓形成。FeCl3腐蚀法形成的血栓为一种混合型血栓。结论FeCl3诱发的血栓模型可靠、形成简便、快捷,结构更接近于临床自发性血栓形成的组织学形态特征,有助于血栓症诊断与治疗实验的科学性和可信性。

Abstract:Objective To set up a kind of arterial thrombus model which adapts to ultrasonic evaluation. Methods The methods including FeCl_3 erosion (group A), regional thrombin injection (group B) and physics extrusion injury of endothelium (group C) were used in 25 rabbits. Results Thrombus in abdominal artery was made in groups A and B successfully. Obstruct thrombus in femoral artery was made in group C while not in its abdominal artery. Conclusion The type of thrombus resulted from FeCl_3 erosion is mixed pattern, which is similar to spontaneous thrombus in clinic. It is conduce to reach reliability of diagnose and therapeutics experiment in thrombi.
