两种内分泌治疗方法治疗乳腺癌的临床对比研究

目的探讨内分泌新辅助治疗乳腺癌的临床意义。方法34例有局部复发或远处转移的晚期乳腺癌患者，随机平分为治疗组（17例）和对照组（17例），在常规治疗的基础上，治疗组加用他莫昔芬辅助治疗，对照组加用来曲唑辅助治疗。结果治疗组近期疗效与2年生存率都明显好于对照组（88．2％V70．5％，58．8％V35．3％）；两组不良反应发生情况无显著性差异。结论乳腺癌术前化疗加用内分泌治疗能提高术前治疗的有效率，疗效显著，他莫昔芬是内分泌治疗中的首选药物。

Clinical Contrast Analysis of Endocrine Therapy in Treatment of Breast Cancer
