腺泡状软组织肉瘤光镜及电镜观察

目的：进一步探讨腺泡状软组织肉瘤(ASPS)的组织起源及临床病理改变。方法：收集我科11例ASPS标本傲石蜡切片，HE、网状纤维、抗淀粉酶PAS染色，免疫组织化学：SMA，Actin(横纹肌)、Vimentin，S—100，NF，5例行透射电镜观察。结果：11例组织学均呈典型的ASPS改变，网状纤维染色瘤细胞呈巢状，其中7例抗淀粉酶PAS胞浆内有颗粒状物，SMA、Actin(横纹肌)、S—100、NF为阴性，Vimenfin阳性。电镜下胞浆内见有高密度菱形颗粒。结论：ASPS不具肌源性肿瘤特点，作者推测该瘤可能是间胚叶来源的未分化或低分化肿瘤。

A clinic -pathological analysis of alveolar soft part sarcoma

Objective: To investigate the histogenesis and clinic pathological changes of alveolar soft part sarcoma(ASPS). Methods: All of 11 ASPS specimens were embedded by paraffin and stained by haematoxylin and eosin.The reticular fibers, anti-amylase PAAS,SMA, Actin,Vimentin,NF and S-100 were examined by histochemical and immunohistochemical methods.Five cases were examined by electron microscope. Results: All of 11 cases showed typical ASPS morphological changes and reticular fiber staining showed the nest arrangement of tumor cells. SMA, Actin, S-100 and NF of tumor cells were negative and vimentin were positive. High density rhomboid paticulates were seen in the cytoplasm of tumor cells under the electronic-microscope. Seven cases showed anti-amylase PAS positive.Conclusion: There is no evidence of muscle origin of ASPS which some authors claimed ,we suppose that the tumor may be a kind of undifferentiated or lower differentiated tumor originated from mesoderm tissue.
