胃癌中IGFBP-2、IGFI、IGFIR的表达及意义

目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-2(insulin- like growth factor binding protein-2,IGFBP-2)、胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGFI)和胰岛素样生长因子1受体(insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor,IGFIR)在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测了60例胃癌以及20例浅表性胃炎的胃粘膜组织中IGFBP-2、IGFI和IGFIR的表达情况并分析它们与生物学行为预后的关系。结果:胃癌组织中IGFBP-2、IGFI、IGFIR阳性率分别为70%、63.3%、65%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:IGFBP-2、IGFI、IGFIR在胃癌组织中均有较高表达,三者表达有相关性.可能存在共同的激活机制,在胃癌的发生、发展及转归过程中具有一定的意义。

Expression and significance of IGFBP-2, IGFI and IGFIR in gastric carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression and significance of IGFBP-2,IGFI and IGFIR in gastric carcinoma.Methods:The ex- pression of IGFBP-2,IGFI and IGFIR i,a 60 cases of gastric cancer sam- ples and 20 cases of superficial gastritis tissues was determined by SP im- munohistochemistry technique for observing the relationship among IGF- BP-2,IGFI and IGFIR and prognostic evaluation in biological behavior. Results:The positive rates of IGFBP-2,IGFI and IGFIR in gastric carcinoma accounted for 70%,63.3% and 65%,respectively,which showed significant difference compared with control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The higher expression of IGFBP-2,IGFI and IGFIR in gastric carcinoma with a positive correlation among them shows that there is certain common activation mechanism in the three factors and they may contribute to the occurrence,development and turnover of gas- tric carcinoma.
