| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定脑清片中氨基比林和咖啡因两组分的含量.方法:采用Hypersil-ODS-C18柱;甲醇-水-乙腈(40:50:10)为流动相;检测波长254nm.结果:平均回收率及RSD分别为氨基比林99.4%,0.8%;咖啡因98.93%,1.1%.结论:本法分离度好,快速、简便.适用于复方制剂中两组分的同时测定,可作为产品的质量控制方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method of determination of two components in Compound Amidopyrine and Caffeine Tablets.Methods: The Hypersil-ODS-C18Column was used and mobile phase was composed of methanol-water-acetontrile(40:50:10)with detection wavelength at 254nm.Results: The average recovery of amidopyrine was 99.4%,(RSD=0.8%). The average recovery of caffeine was 98.93%(RSD=1.1%).Conclusions: The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for determination of the two constituents in compound tablets. |
