宫角妊娠13例临床分析

目的:探讨子宫角妊娠的早期诊断及有效的治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的13例宫角妊娠病例的临床资料。结果:结合临床症状及检查结果采用适合的治疗方法,13例患者均达到治愈。结论:宫角妊娠误诊率高,危险性大,故早孕期间应常规行B超检查,结合腹腔镜手术可以早期诊断,早治疗。

Clinical analysis of 13 cases of cornual pregnancy

Objective:To investigate the early diagnosis of cornual pregnancy and its effective method of treatment.Methods:The clinical data in 13 cases of cornual pregnanacy treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:Combined with the clinical symptoms and examining results,the suitable method of treatment was adopted.All 13 cases were cured.Conclusion:The misdiagnosis rate of cornual pregnancy is high and its risk is also high so that the routine examination of B-mode ultrasound should be performed during the early pregnancy period.Combined with the findings of peritoneoscope surgery,the early diagnosis can be made.Once the diagnosis is confirmed,the treatment must be performed as soon as possible.
