孕妇弓形虫感染与新生儿疾病关系的临床研究

摘    要:我们用IHA和ELISA方法检测弓形虫抗体。共检孕妇1085例,非孕育龄妇女200例,患病新生儿109例,正常新生儿80例。结果,孕妇较非孕妇感染率和总阳性率均明显增高,且随孕期延长增高,证实妊娠期感染弓形虫的相对危险度大。新生儿疾病组总阳性率高于正常组,差异有显著意义,说明有些新生儿疾病与弓形虫感染有关,以先天畸形、TORCH感染关系最密切。IgM(+)母亲的新生儿感染率和总阳性率均明显高于IgM(-)者,感染母亲的新生儿感染率和总阳性率均明显高于低滴度者,故对高滴度和/或IgM(+)母亲要特别重视,最妇作胎儿监测。抗体低滴度有一定价值,要注意复查随防

Abstract:Toxoplasma antibody was determined in pregnant women (1085 sases), nonpregnent women of pregnant-age (200 cases), newborns with diseases (109 cases) and healthy newborns (80 cases) using IHA and ELISA. Our results showed that the infective rate and total positive rate were significantly higher in the pregnant women than in the nonpregnant women and increased with the pregnant time elongation. It confirmed that the infective danger of Toxoplasma in pregnant stage is greater. The results revealed that the total positive rate in newborns with diseases was higher than that in the control group. It showed that some newborns with diseases were relative to Toxoplasma infection, spectially congenital malformation and TORCH infection. In IgM( )and higher titre mothers' newborn groups the infective rate and total positive rate were distinctly higher than those in the IgM(-) group and lower titre groups. We suggest that attention showld be paid to the mothers with higher titre and /or IgM( ) of Toxoplama antilbody. fetue- monitoring and we should make repeated determination and visitation to the mothers with lower titre of Toxoplasma antibody.
