食(饮)具大肠菌群两种检测方法比较

摘    要:目的对食(饮)具消毒卫生标准GB14934—94细菌指标大肠菌群检测方法——纸片法和发酵法的检验方法进行比较。方法用大肠杆菌标准菌株(ATCC25922)对两种检验方法进行实验。结果在菌量很小的情况下,大胃肠菌群发酵法阳性率与大肠菌群纸片法阳性率结果相差甚远。结论两种方法检测大肠菌群,当菌量〈1cfu/mL时结果有明显差异。

Abstract:Objective To compare paper disk method and fermentation method for detection of coliform on tableware, on the basis of bacteria cohforms detection methods in tableware health standard GB14934-94 with disinfection. Methods Two kinds of testing method were tested fay E.coli strains of the standard ( ATCC25922 ). Results There was a significant difference in positive rates between two methods in the situation of the content of bacteria is small. Conclusion There is significant difference between the test paper disk method and the fermentation method when the content of bacteria 〈 1cfu/mL.
