110例婴幼儿肠套叠的多层螺旋CT的诊断分析

目的探讨婴幼儿肠套叠的多层螺旋CT特点及其应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院110例婴幼儿肠套叠的临床症状和多层螺旋CT显像的表现，总结其临床症状和CT特点。结果110例多层螺旋CT表现中，同心圆形分层肿块67例，弹簧样肿块16例，香蕉样肿块17例，不规则肿块10例。无一例漏诊。经诊断，患儿发生不完全肠梗阻72例，完全肠梗阻26例，肠道穿孔12例。所有患者都得到有效治疗。结论多层螺旋CT可很好地判断婴幼儿肠套叠现象，可弥补空气灌肠和超声检查等缺点，可为临床更好地鉴别诊断和治疗提供有效依据。

Multi-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Infants Intussusception: A Clinical Analysis of 110 Cases

Objective To explore the features and clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of infant lntussusceptions. Methods ! 10 patients in our hospital diagnosed as intussusception of infants and young children were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical symptoms and characteristics of multi-slice spiral CT imaging. Results 110 patients in the performance of multislice spiral CT, the layered concentric circular mass 67, spring-like mass in 16 cases, banana-like mass in 17 cases, 10 cases of irregular mass phenomenon None of the missed diagnosis. After diagnosis, patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction occurred in 72 cases,25 cases of complete intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation in 12 cases. All patients receive effective treatment. Conclusion Spiral CT may well determine the phenomenon of infant intussusception, can make up air enema and ultrasound examination of the shortcomings, and it can be better for the clinical diagnosis and treatment to provide an effective basis for identification.
