血清胆红素、尿酸水平与冠状动脉易损斑块的相关性分析

摘    要:目的探讨血清胆红素及尿酸水平与冠状动脉易损斑块的相关性。方法选取2009年5月。2010年5月来我院就诊的冠心病患者260例分为三组(A、B、C组),选取来我院体检的健康体检者50例作为对照组,检测各组患者的血常规生化指标并进行比较。结果①B组血清LDL—C、UA水平明显高于其他各组,而TBIL、DBIL水平明显低于其他各组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);A、C两组LDL—C、UA水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。②B组的UA与LDL—C、TC水平呈正相关,TBIL、DBIL与其他指标无相关性。③尿酸与斑块稳定性呈明显的正相关,胆红素与斑块稳定性呈明显的负相关。结论血清胆红素与尿酸水平与冠状动脉易损斑块的稳定性有明显的相关性,合理的控制尿酸和血清胆红素水平有可能降低心血管事件发生的危险性。

Study on the Correlation between Serum Bilirubin, Uric Acid Levels and Coronary Artery Vulnerable Plaque

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between serum bilirubin, uric acid levels and coronary artery vulnerable plaque. Methods 260 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from May 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital. And they were divided into three groups ( A, B, C ), 50 healthy subjects were selected as control group, routine biochemical indicator of all the patients in three groups were detected. Results (1) LDL-C, UA in group B were higher than those in the control group, group A and C, but TBIL, DBIL levels in the group B were lower than those in the other groups, all of the indicators showed significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ); LDL-C, UA levels in group A and group C were higher than those in the control group and showed significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). (2)In group B, There was a postive correlation between UA and LDL-C, TC. There were no correlation between TBIL, DBIL and other indicators. (3) There was a postive correlation between UA and the activities of plaque, a negative correlation between serum bilirubin and the activities of plaque. Conclusion There are significant correlation between serum bilirubin, uric acid level and coronary artery vulnerable plaque. It can reduce the dangerous of cardiovascular events.
