| 摘 要： | 目的探讨思密达保留灌肠辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法选择145例住院确诊为轮状病毒肠炎的患儿，随机分对照组60例和治疗组85例，两组患者均常规给予口服思密达、抗病毒、补液、助消化、调节肠道微生态治疗，治疗组在此基础上给予思密达保留灌肠治疗。结果治疗组在起效时间、退热时间、纠正脱水时间、腹泻时间、治愈时间等方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）；治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为90．59％、78．33％，差异有统计学意义（P=0．039）。结论思密达口服配合保留灌肠治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎，操作简单、安全方便、临床效果显著。
