多层螺旋cT在50例胫骨平台骨折诊断中的临床价值分析

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折应用多层螺旋CT的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院50例胫骨平台骨折的多层螺旋CT的影像学资料。结果本组50例胫骨平台骨折中，X线平片显示骨折45例，诊断准确率为90．0％。多层螺旋CT扫描湿示50例均骨折，诊断准确率100％。CT扫描发现的骨折类型的诊断准确率均多于X线平片的诊断率，但差异无显著性，P〉0．05。结论应用螺旋CT扫描检查胫骨平台骨折准确率高，对胫骨平台骨折的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床应用价值。

Analysis of the Clinical Diagnosis Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in 50Cases with Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective To investigate the application for diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT of tibial plateau fracture. Methods 50 cases tibial plateau fracture were checked by spiral CT imaging data. Results X-ray showed fractures in 45 cases, the diagnostic accuracy was 90.0%. Multislice spiral CT scan showed fractures were 50 cases, the diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%.CT scan revealed the fracture type of diagnostic accuracy rate of more than X-ray diagnosis rate, but the difference was not significant, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion The spiral CT scan of tibial plateau fractures with high accuracy, on the tibial plateau fracture diagnosis and treatment have important clinical value.
