多层螺旋CT重建技术在周围型肺癌诊断中的价值

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT三种后处理技术在周围型小肺癌诊断中的运用价值。方法收集经病理证实的67例周围型小肺癌患者的MSCT扫描及MPR、SSD、VR重建图像并进行分析。结果MPR重建在显示周围型小肺癌五项主要征象上敏感性均高于横断面薄层扫描(P〈0.05);SVR重建在显示周围型小肺癌四项主要征象上敏感性均高于横断面薄层扫描(P〈0.05),SVR重建无法显示空泡征;SSD重建在显示周围型小肺癌四项主要征象上敏感性均高于横断面薄层扫描(P〈0.05).结论周围型小肺癌不同的图像后处理技术在显示肺肿瘤重要征象上各有一定的优势,如普通薄层CT无法清晰显示所需要的影像,可选择一定的重建技术协助诊断。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of three different post-processing techniques of multi-slice spiral CT ( MSCT ) in diagnosis of small peripheral lung cancer. Methods Collected 67 patients who had small peripheral lung cancer and proved by pathology of MSCT scanning and MPR, SSD, VR reconstruction image and given an analysis. Results MPR reconstruction showed small peripheral lung cancer in the five major signs of the cross section were higher than the sensitivity of TLC (P 〈 0.05 ); SVR reconstruction showed small peripheral lung cancer in four main signs of sensitivity were higher than on the thin cross-section tomography ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; SVR reconstruction can not be displayed vacuole sign; SSD reconstruction showed small peripheral lung cancer in four main signs of depression were higher than cross-section on the sensitivity of TLC ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Different image processing technique of SPLC in showing important signs of the lung tumors have certain advantages, if the common CT can not clearly display the required image, reconstruction techniques can give a certain diagnosis.
