新疆儿童布鲁菌病临床特点分析

目的探讨新疆维吾尔自治区儿童布鲁菌病的流行情况、临床特征及治疗。方法回顾性分析16例儿童布鲁菌病的临床特征及治疗。结果以15岁以下为高发,主要发生在农牧区,临床表现有发热、关节痛、肝脾大及淋巴结肿大。12岁以上患儿采用多西环素联合利福平,12岁以下采用利福平联合复方磺胺甲噁唑治疗。16例中15例经治疗后已痊愈,仅1例合并白血病患儿治疗效果欠佳。结论对不明原因反复发热的病例,临床医师应详细询问流行病学资料并及时做布氏杆菌凝集试验,在小儿发热待查中可作为常规项目,尽早诊断,及时治疗,使急性期患儿完全康复。

Clinical characteristics of brucellosis in pediatric patients in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region

Objective To investigate the prevalence, clinical characteristics, and treatment of brucellosis in pediatric patients in Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang).Methods Clinical characteristics and therapy of brucellosis in 16 pediatric patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the 16 patients were no more than 15 years old, and most of them lived in the agricultural and pastoral areas. the main clinical manifestations were fever, joint pain and hepatosplenomegaly and lymph node enlargement. The combination of doxycycline and rifampin was used in the patients more than 12 years old, and the combination of rifampin and sulfamethoxazole in patients less than 12 years old. Among 16 patients, 15 were cured, and 1 patient combined with leukemia had poor efficacy.Conclusions Clinicians should have a detailed understanding of the epidemiological data of the patients, who get recurrent fevers of unknown reason, and Brucella agglutination test should be made timely.Brucella antibody test can be used as a routine examination in children with unknown fever. Early diagnosis and timely treatment facilitate the recovery of children in the acute phase.
