结直肠癌患者血清胸苷激酶的检测及临床价值

目的探讨血清细胞质胸苷激酶(TK1)检测在结直肠癌诊治中的临床价值。方法利用增强化学发光法(ECLA),检测150例结直肠癌患者血清、36例结直肠良性疾病患者血清和40例健康体检者血清中的TK1含量。结果结直肠癌患者血清TK1水平显著高于结直肠良性疾病组和正常对照组(P<0.01);而结直肠良性疾病组和正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结直肠癌患者手术后血清TK1水平明显下降。结直肠癌患者血清TK1阳性率远远高于其他消化道肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖抗原(CA199、CA724)]。结论血清TK1检测在结直肠癌的辅助诊断、监测疗效、判断预后等方面具有一定的临床应用价值。
