摘    要:本文用离体宫颈张力测定法及放射免疫测定法证实,动情周期中豚鼠宫颈张力的变化与血中孕酮水平呈正相关。妊娠期豚鼠宫颈张力变化明显。孕62天及65天时,宫颈张力极度减弱,宫颈口开大,耻骨联合松弛,宫颈增重,这些生理变化是受血中P、E_2、PGFM及羊水中PGFM浓度的影响。

Abstract:The cervical extensibility and dilatation of the isolated uterine cervix of guinea pigwas measured in vitro under isometric conditions: successive extensions of 0.2mm wereperformed at 1-min interval and the resultant tension of the cervix was recorded. On day 8 of estrus cycle, the cervix was rigid, the extensibility was strong and theP level was high: while on day 16, the contrary results were obtained. There was a po-sitive correlationship between the cervical extensibility and the plasma P levels. In pregnant group, the cervix underwent progressive softening and dilatation. Theobvious changes were started on day 62 of pregnancy, the smallest extensibility andmaximum dilatation and symphysis reopening were observed on day 65. The cervicalphysiological changes were regulated by P, E_2 and PG.
