动脉灌注化疗栓塞术在子宫颈癌治疗中的观察及护理

目的探讨动脉灌注化疗及动脉栓塞在中晚期宫颈癌治疗中的观察及护理。方法采用超选择性双侧髂内动脉插管对11例子宫颈癌患者进行灌注化疗栓塞术的疗效观察及护理。结果患者阴道出血减少，腹痛减轻，肿瘤体积缩小，舒适度增加，生活质量得到改善。结论子宫颈癌介入性化疗栓塞是治疗中晚期宫颈癌切实可行的方法。该方法可提高手术切除率，提高患者生存率及生活质量，对其术前术后有效的护理及健康指导可使患者降低消极情绪，增强自我照顾能力及生存信心。

Nursing and observation on arterial chemotherapy and arterial embolization in treatmentof cervical cancer

Objective To explore nursing and observation of arterial chemotherapy and arterial embolizahon in treatment of intermediate and anvenced cervical cancer. Methods In chemoembolization, 11 cervical cancer patients were perfused by superselective and two sides internal iliac artery cannula, and we explored its nursing and observation. Results Vaginal hemorrhage of patients was reduced, obdominal pain was eased, tumor volume was diminished,degree of comfort was increased, quality of life was improved. Conclusion Intercurrent chemoembolization of cervical cancer is a practical and feasible way to treat intermediate and anvanced cervical cancer patients. By it rate of exairesis and survical rate of patients, quality of life could be raised. By preoperative and postoperative and effective nuring, health guidance, negative feeling of patients is lower. Self-care ability and living confidence of patients enhance.
