| 摘 要： | 本文针对高原寒区部队铁路输送特点，提出卫勤机构应遵循“把握重点、预防为主、灵活处置”的原则，在输送前、装载、运行和卸载四个阶段有重点地做好卫勤保障工作。

| Abstract: | The author put forward the principle which should be followed by military medical institutions based on the analysis of characteristics of the army in plateau and cold region during railway transportation.The principle should be abided during the four phase of pre-transportation,loading,operation and unloading. |
