黄精粗多糖对家蚕寿命的影响

摘    要:目的:观察黄精粗多糖(PSP)对家蚕寿命的影响。方法:以家蚕为实验对象,取龄期相同,生长整齐的三眠蚕随机分为空白对照组,PSP高(浓度为2%)、中(浓度为1%)、低(浓度为0.5%)剂量组,维生素E(浓度为0.5%)阳性对照组。使用喷雾法将药液喷于新鲜桑叶上喂食,4龄期内喂药3次,5龄期内喂药6次。结果:PSP高、中、低浓度的水溶液,可不同程度地延长家蚕幼虫期、雌蛹期、雌蛾期和全生存期的时间,同时有减轻幼虫体质量、延长耐饥饿时间的作用,PSP对上述指标的改变与维生素E的作用相当。结论:PSP是黄精抗衰老作用的重要活性成分,具有进一步研究开发的价值。

Abstract:Objective: Study the influence of polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide(PSP)on the life spans of silkworm.Methods: The silkworms were used as experimental objects which were hatched at the same time and have got through their dormant period thrice.They were divided into 5 groups:control group,high(2%) PSP dose group,middle(1%) dose group,low(0.5%) dose group and vitamine E(0.5%) applied group.The liquid medicine were sprayed on the surface of fresh leaves of mulberry for each group which were used as silkworms' feed.The medicine were provided 3 times after the fourth dormant period of the silkworms and 6 times after the fifth dormant period of the silkworms.Results: The high,middle and low PSP dose can prolong the silkworms' life span of larva-period,female chrysalis-period and female moth-period to different extent,can lighten the weight of larva silkworm,strengthen the resistivity of starvation of five-age larva silkworm.The effect of PSP is the same as vitamine E.Conclusion: PSP is the important anti-aging active site of polygonatum sibiricum redoute.It is worth studying further.
