卫氏并殖吸虫童虫在狗体内移行过程超微结构的研究

摘    要:本文报道应用透射电镜观察卫氏并殖吸虫童虫在狗体内移行过程,其体壁、肠道和实质细胞的超微结构特点。(1)糖萼持续存在;(2)体表外质膜呈波浪式且渐明显,最后呈指状,基底膜出现反折且渐增多;(3)体壁的分泌颗粒、细胞核和细胞器的分布呈动态变化;(4)肠道均由矮柱状上皮细胞构成,其形态特征与成虫的相似;(5)最常见的一种实质细胞核大多为常染色质,胞质中含大量的线粒体和糖原颗粒。这些特点与童虫在宿主体内移行过程的能量代谢、生物合成及营养摄取相适应。

Abstract:This paper deals with the ultrastructural changes on the tegument, the caecal epithelium and the parenchymal cells of P.westermani during migration in dog by TEM.1. Glycocalyces of the tegument are present persistently.2. The undulant apical plasm membrane is amplified, forming branching invagination and finally become finger-shaped and invagination of the basal membrane increased gradual-ly.3. The nuclei, some cytoplasmic organelles and inclusions in tegument are dynamic changes.4. The gut epithelium of juveniles recovered from abdominal and pleural cavity and lungs is all composed of a single cell type which has morphological features related to the adult.5. The chromatin of the nuclei in most parenchymal cells is euchromatic and their cytoplasm contained numerous mitocondria and glycogen granules.These features well adapted to biosynthesis, energy metablism and the uptake of nutrition during migration of juvenile in dog.
