| 摘 要： | 近年来胃溃疡临床发病率迅速增加，相关病因、药理研究也在不断深入，本文对胃溃疡造模方法进行汇总。除了一些经典造模方法外，还总结了幽门螺杆菌、海尔曼螺杆菌感染动物及细胞造模方法，以及半幽门结扎、半幽门结扎+贲门肌切开术、基因敲除法、蛋白缺失等造模方法。

| Abstract: | With the raise of the morbidity of gastric ulceration, related research on its cause and phar-macology is also increasing. Besides some classic methods, the article summarizes some new models, such as infection of Helicobacter pylori or H. heilmanii, semi-H ligation, gene knockout and protein deficiency. |
