吉西他滨腹腔热灌注治疗晚期卵巢癌疗效观察

目的：观察吉西他滨腹腔热灌注治疗晚期卵巢癌疗效。方法：治疗组20例给予吉西他滨腹腔热灌注，对照组20例给予吉西他滨静脉应用，评价两组疗效及毒副作用。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率分别为45%和30%，无显著性差异（P>0.05）；腹腔积液有效率分别为40%和10%，治疗组明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组KPS评分明显升高，治疗组更明显；血清及腹水中肿瘤标志物CA125治疗后明显下降，治疗组下降更明显；主要副作用为轻度骨髓抑制及消化道反应，两组无明显差异。结论：吉西他滨腹腔热灌注治疗晚期卵巢癌效果良好，腹水缓解率较高，且化疗毒副反应轻。

Clinical Efficacy of Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Chemotherapy of Gemcitabine in Advanced Ovarian Cancer

O bjective: To observe the clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy of gemcitabine in advanced ovarian cancer. Methods: In the treatment group, 20 cases of ovarian cancer were treated with gemcitabine through intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion; in the control group, 20 patients were given intravenous gemcitabine. Clinical efficacy and side effects were evaluated. Results: The tumor control rates were 45% and 30% in the treatment group and the control group, respectively (P>0.05); The ascitic fluid control rates were 40% and 10%, respectively (P<0.05); KPS scores were improved, especial in the treatment group; The tumor marker CA125 levels were significantly decreased in serum and ascites, espacial in the treatment group; The side reactions were mild bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction, there was no obvious difference between the two groups. Conclusion: The intraperitoneal hyper-thermic chemotherapy of gemcitabine is effective in advanced ovarian cancer; the quality of life can be significantly improved; the side reactions can be tolerated.
