| Abstract: | Vonoprazan fumarate is an orally bioavailable potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB), which inhibits gastric H+, K+-ATPase in a reversible manner. Vonoprazan fumarate is developed by Takeda for the treatment and prevention of acid-related diseases. This article summarizes the mechanism, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, drug interaction, clinical evaluation and safety of vonoprazan fumarate. |
