摘    要:目的:探讨四逆汤配方颗粒在煎煮过程中6种成分的动态变化状况。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,柱温:25℃,检测波长:235 nm,流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸水(5 mmol·L-1乙酸铵),梯度洗脱,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,进样量:15μL。结果:随着煎煮时间延长,甘草苷、甘草酸铵的含量增加,新乌头碱、6-姜烯酚的含量先增加后降低,苯甲酰次乌头碱、6-姜酚的含量无明显变化。结论:初步揭示四逆汤中三味中药配方颗粒经合并煎煮,6种化学成分含量有了变化,为中药配方颗粒的临床使用提供了参考。

Abstract:Ob jective: To probe the decoctional changes of six constituents in Sini decoction formula granules. Methods: An HPLC method was used for the determination with the following conditions, column:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm); temperature of column: 25℃; detective wavelength: 235 nm; mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (5 mmol·L-1 ammonium acetate), with gra-dient elution; flow speed: 1.0 mL·min-1; injection volume: 15μL. Results: With the decoction time pro-longed, the contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid increased; the contents of mesaconitine and 6-shogaol increased at first and then decreased; but the contents of benzoylhypaconitine and 6-gingerol had no obvious changes. Conclusion: From the perspective of chemical composition, it has been preliminary revealed the dynamic changes of six constituents in Sini decoction formula granules in the decoction pro-cess. And it provides scientific basis for clinical application of herbal formula granules.
