摘    要:目的:采用响应面法优化高压均质技术,设计提取茯苓多糖工艺。方法:以茯苓多糖收率为指标,选取茯苓粉碎粒度、高压均质压力、均质次数、料液比进行单因素考察,进行B-B实验设计,优化得到茯苓多糖提取工艺。结果与结论:优化提取工艺为:粒度120目,料液比1∶9,压力值94 MPa,均质次数2次,多糖收率与预测值接近,且比传统水提醇沉工艺高出8.909%,适合于工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To obtain the optimum high pressure homogenisation extraction of pachymaran by using response surface methodology. Methods: Selecting poria grinding particle size, high pressure homoge-nization pressure, time of circling and solid-liquid ratio as the key factors, using yield of pachymaran as the index and using Box-Behnken response surface methodology, the optimal extraction process of pachy-maran was obtained. Results and Conclusion: Adjusted process conditions were as follows: 120 mesh size, solid-liquid ratio at 1∶9, pressure at 94 MPa and circling 2 times. Compared with the best technology, the yield was closed to the predicted value and 8.909% higher than that of the traditional water extraction and alcohol precipitation process, which is suitable for actual mass production.
