医护合作阶梯式功能锻炼对断指再植术病人预后及满意率的影响

[目的]探讨医护合作阶梯式功能锻炼指导对断指再植术病人术后康复及满意率的影响。[方法]将80例断指再植术病人随机分为观察组及对照组各40例,对照组行常规性功能锻炼,观察组病人术后应用医护合作阶梯式功能锻炼,两组病人锻炼时间为6个月,对比分析两组病人出院时、术后3个月、6个月总主动活动度(TAM)评分、感觉功能评分、病人术后功能锻炼依从性、并发症及满意度情况。[结果]观察组病人术后3个月、6个月TAM评分、感觉功能评分高于对照组(P0.05);观察组病人术后锻炼依从率、优良率、满意率高于对照组(P0.05),而并发症发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。[结论]医护合作阶梯式功能锻炼能有效提高断指再植入术病人术后锻炼依从性,促进病人术后断指功能恢复。

Impact of doctor nurse collaboration stepped functional exercise on prognosis and satisfaction rate of patients with replantation of severed finger

To probe into the impact of doctor nurse collaboration stepped functional exercise on prognosis and satisfaction rate of patients with replantation of severed finger.Methods:A total of 80 cases of re-plantation of severed finger patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each.The patients in control group underwent with routine functional exercise,the patients in observation group underwent the doctor nurse collaboration stepped functional exercise.The total active motion score(TNM),the British Medical Research Council(BMRC)sensory function score,postoperative functional exercise compliance, complications and satisfaction were compared at discharge,3 and 6 months after discharge.Results:The TAM ratings,BMRC sensory function score of observation group at 3 and 6 months after discharge was higher than that in control groups(P <0.05).The exercise compliance rate,good rate,satisfaction rate of observation group were higher than that in control group (P <0.05),whereas the incidence of complications was higher than that in control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:The doctor nurse cooperation stepped functional exercise can effec-tively improve postoperative exercise compliance and postoperative finger function recovery.
