摘    要:目的:观察复方熊去氧胆酸口服液(C-UDCA)对大鼠酒精性脂肪肝的影响。方法:采用酒精灌胃加高脂、高铁饲料饮食诱发制备大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,检测经口给予C-UDCA后对大鼠肝功能各项生化指标、肝组织各项生化指标及肝组织病理形态学的影响。结果:C-UDCA 能明显改善酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的肝功能及肝组织的各项生化指标;与熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)组对比,C-UDCA高、中剂量组能显著降低血清ALT、AST水平,显著升高大鼠肝组织SOD活性;C-UDCA高剂量组还能显著降低大鼠肝组织NO、Hyp含量,显著升高血清Alb和肝组织GSH含量。光镜下各给药组大鼠肝脏脂肪病变较模型组有明显减轻。结论:C-UDCA对酒精加高脂、高铁饮食诱发大鼠酒精性脂肪肝有明显的改善作用,且C-UDCA的作用优于UDCA。

Abstract:ABSTRCAT Objective: The study was designed to investigate the effect of compound ursodeoxycholic acid oral liquid (C-UDCA) on alcoholic fatty liver in rats. Methods: Wistar rats were daily administered with 52° Red Star Erguotou wine together with high-fat and high-iron diet to form an alcoholic fatty liver model. Beneficial effects of C-UDCA were determined by serological and histological assessment of liver injury. Results: Our results demonstrated that the administration of C-UDCA could significantly ameliorate high-fat high-iron diet and alcohol-induced liver damages. Compared with ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA), C-UDCA-H, C-UDCA-M could remarkably reduce the elevated serum levels of ALT and AST, on the other hand, greatly enhance the activities of SOD in liver tissues. C-UDCA-H could also remarkably reduce concentrations of NO and Hyp, while greatly enhance levels of Alb and GSH. Conclusion: Taken together, our data suggested that C-UDCA exhibited a better hepatoprotective effect against high-fat high-iron diet and alcoholic fatty liver disease than UDCA.
