过氧乙酸空气消毒剂中和试验方法的改进及现场应用效果的评价

摘    要:目的:以过氧乙酸消毒剂为例,对空气消毒中和试验方法进行改进,并观察现场应用效果。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌,采用微生物采样器采集空气,进行中和剂选择试验。结果:现行中和试验方法可能检测不出中和剂对试验菌的抑制作用,而改进后的中和试验方法能提高检测效能。2000mg/L过氧乙酸溶液作用20min,对不同污染程度场所的空气中自然菌消除率均为90%以上。结论:改进试验方法提高了空气消毒剂消毒效果检测的准确性。2000mg/L过氧乙酸溶液可有效用于空气现场消毒。

Abstract:Objective:Peroxyacetic acid was used as the representative of disinfectant,the neutralizer test method of air disinfectant was improved,the germicidal efficacy in air on field application was examined and estimated.Methods:The Staphylococcus aureus acted as the indictor bacterium,the air was sampled using microorganism sampling wares.Two kinds of neutralizer of the peroxyacetic acid used for air disinfection were chosen.Results:Using the current roution neutralizer test method,it was possible that the restrain effection of neutralization production for the bacterium could not be discovered.The neutralizer test method improved would advance the detecting efficiency for the effection of neutralization production or neutralizer.The results on field test indicated that the average killing rate of natural bacteria in air was over 90.00% using 2 000 mg/L peroxyacetic acid by aerosol sprayer for 20 min in vary contaminated degree stages.Conclusion:The neutralizer test method improved could avoid more availability of the effection of neutralization production or neutralizer.It is propitious to enhance the veracity of effection estimate for air disinfection testing.It is availabile that 2 000 mg/L peroxyacetic acid used for air disinfection.
