摘    要:目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ及其受体在肝癌和癌旁肝组织中的表达其意义。方法:采用DNA-RNA原位杂交方法检测肝癌和癌旁肝中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ及其本 mRNA的表达。结果:在肝癌组织中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅰ受体、IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-Ⅱ受体mRNA的表达率分别为40.0%、46.7%、66.7%和63.3%,在癌旁肝组织中IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅰ受体,IGF-Ⅱ、IGF-Ⅱ受体mRNA的表达率

Abstract:Objective: To clarify the clinical significance and effect of the expression of IGF I,IGF II and their receptors in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) and adjacent non tumor tissues. Method: In situ hybridization was used to detect the mRNAs for IGF I,IGF II and their receptors in HCC and adjacent non tumor tissues. Results:The expressions of IGF I, IGF IR, IGF II, and IGF IIR mRNA were detected in 40.0%, 46.7%, 66.7%and 63.3%, respectirely in HCC. Positive hybridization signals of IGF I, IGF IR, IGF II, and IGF IIR mRNA were found in 46.7%, 53.3%, 70.0% , and 73.3%of adjacent non tumor tissues.The liver cell dysplasia and poorly differentiated HCC cells were stained strongly positive. Conclusion:Coordinate overexpression of IGF I, IGF II and their receptors might play an important role in the formation and development of HCC.
