| 摘 要： | 应用文献调研和德尔菲法筛选传染病防治重大专项实施效果评价指标，应用层次分析法计算指标权重，构建指标体系。结果表明产品成果所占的权重最大，其次是技术成果、理论成果、组织管理，建议更加重视产品成果和技术成果的评估。

| Abstract: | Literature review and Delphi method are used to establish the evaluation indexes for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases national science and technology major project implementation effect, analytic hierarchy process is applied to determine the weight of each index, the index system is constructed. The result shows that product achievement has the highest weight in the evaluation index system, followed by technical result, theoretical result and organization and management. It also suggests that product result and technical result should be attached greater importance during evaluation. |
