摘    要:目的]测定3种植物形态(藤本、灌木、蔓生灌木)杠柳根皮、茎皮、根际土壤中Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe、K、Ca、Mg共7种元素的含量,考察杠柳不同部位各元素的分布及富集特征。方法]电热板湿法消解样品,火焰原子吸收法测定各元素含量。结果]根皮、茎皮中各元素含量差异较大,但大小顺序均为KCaMgFeMnCuZn;元素Zn、Fe、K、Ca在两部位中的分布具较明显差异性,Zn、K、Ca在茎皮中有较多分布,而根皮中有更多的Fe;根际土壤中元素含量大小顺序为FeKCaMgMnZnCu,杠柳生长土壤质量较优;根皮、茎皮对Cu、Ca富集性较强,K在茎皮中有一定的富集。结论]明确了杠柳根皮、茎皮中7种元素的含量、分布及富集特征,提供了杠柳植物形态分为两类的数据支撑,首次提出杠柳作为铜污染区土壤修复植物的可能性,为完善杠柳的生态学等基础研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective] To determine the contents of Mn, Cu, Zn, Fe, K, Ca and Mg in velamen, stem bark and rhizosphere soil of Periploca sepium Bge. of three growth forms (vine, shrub and sprawling shrub), and study the distribution and enrichment characteristic of these elements in different fractions. Methods] All samples were wet digested on electric heating plate, content of each element was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results] Contents of elements in velamen and stem bark are quite different, but all ordered as K > Ca > Mg > Fe > Mn > Cu > Zn; distribution of Zn, Fe, K and Ca were significantly different in two parts. Zn, K and Ca were more in stem bark, and Fe in velamen; contents of elements in rhizosphere soil which was excellent were ordered as Fe > K > Ca > Mg > Mn > Zn > Cu, and Cu and Ca were highly enriched, K had a certain enrichment in stem bark. Conclusion] The foundation is laid fof improving the basic research such as ecology of Periploca sepium Bge. by making the contents, distribution and enrichment characteristic of seven elements in velamen and stem bark cleared, providing data for supporting dividing into two categories, and firstly proposing the possiblity of phytoremediation in copper contaminated soil by Periploca sepium Bge. .
