| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨加味聚精食疗汤对少精、弱精症大鼠曲细精管结构改善的作用机理。方法:用雷公藤多甙造模少精、弱精症大鼠模型,并进行分组对照研究,了解治疗前后大鼠睾丸曲细精管组织结构的变化情况;结果:加味聚精食疗汤和五子衍宗片对少精、弱精症大鼠曲细精管均有良好的改善作用,但加味聚精食疗汤较五子衍宗片更明显,更能改善少弱精子症大鼠曲细精管组织结构的受损状态。结论:加味聚精食疗汤能够更好的改善少精、弱精症大鼠睾丸曲细精管,提高临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To Study of the Effect of the Jiaweijujingshiliaotang on contorted seminiferous tubules in Rats with oligospermatism.Method: Use GTW to make rats oligospermatism models,observe the change of the contorted seminiferous tubules after the healing.Result: Both Jiaweijujingshiliaotang and wuziyanzongpian have correct curative effects on oligospermatia rat models which were made by GTW.but the forward one has better effect.Conclusions:the Jiaweijujingshiliaotang has good effect on improving the quality ... |
