免疫球蛋白佐治营养不良合并轮状病毒肠炎

目的　观察免疫球蛋白佐治小儿营养不良合并轮状病毒肠炎的疗效。方法　将营养不良合并轮状病毒肠炎患儿分为A、B两组 ,A组 3 1例给免疫球蛋白加常规治疗 ;B组 3 3例仅给常规治疗 ;取同期轮状病毒肠炎患儿3 4例 ,为C组 ,给常规治疗。观察 3组患儿的止泻时间及住院时间。结果　统计 3组病例的止泻时间及住院时间 ,B组较C组均长 ,A组较B组均短。结论　应用免疫球蛋白佐治营养不良合并轮状病毒肠炎 ,能缩短病程。

IVIG auxiliary treatment for children's malnutrition complicated by rota-virus enteritis

Objective To observe the IVIG auxiliary treatment for children's malnutrition complicated by rota-virus enteritis.Methods The children suffered from malnutrition complicated by rota-virus enteritis were divided into group A and group B.The routine and IVIG treatment was performed on 31 patients of group A.Only the routine treatment was performed on 33 of group B and 34 of group C who suffered from rota-virus enteritis of the corresponding period.Observe the days of antidiarrhea and in hospital.Results Count up the days of antidiarrhea and in hospital of the three groups.The days of group B is longer than that of group C,and the days of group A is shorter than that of group B.Conclusions The IVIG auxiliary treatment for children's malnutrition complicated by rota-virus enteritis can shorten the course of disease.
