| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定硫普罗宁片释放度。方法采用高效液相色谱法。用Diamon-sil(r)C18色谱柱,以甲醇-水(5∶95)为流动相,用磷酸调pH值至2.5,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为205nm。结果本法的线性范围为10~100μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.0%(n=9)。结论本法专属性强,结果准确可靠,可用于硫普罗宁片释放度的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the dissolution of Tiopronin tablet.Methods The dissolution of Tiopronin tablet was determinated by HPLC.Diamonsil(r) C18 column was used with methanol and water (5∶95) as mobile phase whose pH value was mediated to 2.5 by phosphoric acid,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detecting wavelength was at 205 nm.Results The linear range was from 10 μg/mL to 100 μg/mL,r=0.999 9,the average recovery was 100.4%,RSD=1.0%(n=9).Conclusion This method is sensitive,accurate,rapid,and it is suitable for the determination of the dissolution of Tiopronin tablet. |
