我院2004-2008年降血脂药应用分析

目的：了解我院降血脂药应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法：对我院2004-2008年降血脂药用药金额、用药频度及日均费用进行统计、分析。结果：我院2004-2008年间降血脂药用药金额年均增长率为57.57%,用药频度不断升高。2008年用药频度居前十位的降脂药中他汀类药物有5种,其中辛伐他汀的用药金额和用药频度均排在首位。5年中,阿托伐他汀、阿昔莫司是用药频度增长速度最快的药物。结论：我院降血脂药的临床选择和使用较为安全、有效、经济。

Analysis of antihyperlipidemics used in our hospital from 2004 to 2008

Objective：To investigate the utilization and the development trend of antihyperlipidemics in our hospital,and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic.Methods：The consumption sum,DDDs and daily cost of antihyperlipidemics in our hospital in 2004-2008 were analyzed.Results：The average annual growth rate of consumption sum of antihyperlipidemics was 57.57% in 2004-2008,and DDDs increased year by year.There were five kinds of statins in the top 10 antihyperlipidemics in terms of DDDs in 2008,and consumption sum and DDDs of simvastatin were the highest.The growth rates of DDDs of atorvastatin and acipimox were the highest in the five years.Conclusion：Clinical utilization of antihyperlipidemics are safe,effective and economical in our hospital.
