澳特斯小儿止咳露镇咳祛痰疗效与安全性

目的:评价澳特斯小儿止咳露镇咳祛痰疗效及不良反应.方法:采用随机双盲对照试验,对62例有中度以上咳嗽的2～14岁患儿进行治疗,以博士小儿止咳露为对照药.试验组31例,对照组31例,按年龄给予不同的口服剂量,连用3～7d.观察受试者咳嗽、痰量等变化.结果:试验组临床有效率为80.6%,对照组为77.4%,差异无显著性.2组患儿均未发生不良反应.结论:澳特斯小儿止咳露与博士小儿止咳露的临床效果相似.

Efficacy and safety of Photifed-M cough syrup in treatment of cough and expectoration

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Photifed-M cough syrup. Methods: A double blind randomized controlled study was conducted in children aged 2-14 years old with moderate cough. They were treated with Photifed-M cough syrup or Boshi cough syrup for 3-7d to observe the changes in cough severity and amount of expectoration. Results:The total effective rate was 80.6% for Photifed-M cough syrup and 77.4% for Boshi cough syrup and no significant statistical difference between groups was observed in efficacy and ADRs. Conclusion: The efficacy and safety of Photifed-M cough syrup is similar to that of Boshi syrup.
