| 摘 要： | 以中医气虚、脾虚、肺虚辨证参考标准１３项为依据对小儿脾肺气虚咳嗽４０３例进行了微观研究，主要观察了血红蛋白，唾液免疫球蛋白ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ，血清免疫球蛋白ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＧ、Ｃ３及Ｌ转、Ｅａ、Ｅｔ，肺阻抗血流图，甲皱微循环等。经与对照组比较，证实上述指标均比健康小儿低下，且有统计学意义。提示脾肺气虚患儿有贫血、免疫功能低下及气虚血瘀等改变。

| Abstract: | children cases of cough due to qi deficiency of the spleen and the lung wereserveyed with thirteen indexes of hemoglobin concentration, salivary IgA,IgG,serum IgA,IgG,C3 and Et,total pulmonary resistance of blood flow and examination of nail fold micro- circulation. The results showed that the indexes of the 4e cases were lower than that of the healthy children with statistics approved.The authors confirm that the children with qi defi- ciency of the spleen and the lung present some change as anemia,lower immunologic function and qi deficiency and blood stasis. |
