绿色生物消毒剂Ⅰ对流感病毒的消毒效果检测

摘    要:目的探讨绿色生物消毒剂Ⅰ对流行性感冒(简称流感)病毒的消毒效果。方法用试管法和模拟现场喷雾实验检测绿色生物消毒剂Ⅰ对流感病毒的消毒效果。结果试管法绿色生物消毒剂Ⅰ对流感病毒的消毒指数均>100000,消毒率>99.97%。模拟现场喷雾实验使用绿色生物消毒剂Ⅰ后流感病毒对鸡胚的感染力较未使用的降低78.6%,χ2=12.379,P<0.01。结论实验室中绿色生物消毒剂Ⅰ对流感病毒有明显的消毒效果。

Abstract:Objective To examine efficacy of EDⅠ(Environmental Disinfector Ⅰ) on influenza virus. Methods Effects of disinfector were tested by the tube method and after the simulated field spray respectively. Results The inactivation exponent of the sample was higher than 100 000 and inactivation rate exceeded 99.97% on the infectivity of A3 influenza virus by the tube method. The infectivity of the virus in chick embryo was decreased by 78.6% in the stimulated field spray test. According to statistics, χ2=12.379,P<0.01. Conclusion The efficacy of ENP environmental disinfector on influenza virus is outstanding in laboratory.
