儿童单纯性肥胖症患病情况及高危因素的研究

目的了解儿童单纯性肥胖症患病情况及其危险因素。方法对48名单纯性肥胖的儿童进行1:1配对 ,采用条件logistic回归模型等进行分析。结果 (1)肥胖症的患病率为13.33 % ,超重率为11.77 % ,营养过度在男、女儿童中有显著差别 ,男为16.9 % ,女8.20 % (P<0.005)。(2)主要危险因素 :人工喂养、饮食量大、父母均肥胖、不喜欢体育活动及父亲因子“拒绝、否认”为肥胖发生危险因素 ,而父亲的“过度保护”是儿童肥胖的保护因子。结论 (1)儿童单纯性肥胖症患病率高。 (2)儿童单纯性肥胖症的发生是多因素共同作用的结果。

Study on the morbidity and the risk factors of children' s simple obesity

Objective To understand the morbidity and the risk factors of children's simple obesity.Method Conditional_logistic regression model was used to analyse 48 cases and 48 controls.Results The morbidity of obesity was 13.33%;the rate of over_weight was 11.77%. The rate of overnutrition of male was significantly higher than that of female (male 16.9% and female 8.20%, P<0.005 ). Main risk factors included artificial feeding, excessive intake, familial obesity, lack of sports and father's factor"refuse"and"deny", while father's over_protection was the protective factor of children obesity. Conclution The morbidity of children simple obesity was high. Many factors contribute to happen of children's simple obesity.
