| 摘 要： | 报告用聚丙酰凝胶电泳同时检测225份腹泻粪便标本中的轮状病毒(RV)和腺病毒(Ad)的结果。在秋冬季收集的婴幼儿腹泻标本中,以检出 RV 为主,且流行优势株在不同年份出现明显变化,但 Ad 的检出率也高达11.2%;在夏季收集的成人腹泻标本中,以检出 Ad 为主,检出率为39.4%,且发现有核酸分子量不同的 Ad 同时流行。结果表明,除 RV 外,Ad 也是我国病毒性腹泻的重要病原。

| Abstract: | The nucleic acids of rotavirus(RV)and adenovirus(Ad)were detected in 225 fecal specimens collected in 1989 and 1990 by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The total detective rate of RV and Ad was 51.6%.RV was the predominant virus in stools of infants with diarrhea collected in autumn and winter.The main epidemic strain of RV changed in different years.The detective rate of Ad,however,was as high as 11.2% in the RV epidemic seasons.Ad was the predominant virus in stools of adults with diarrhea collected in summer,with a detective rate of 39.4%.Ads with different DNA molecular weight were found in the specimens.Results indicated that Ad may be an important pathogen of viral diarrhea in China in addition to RV. |
