| 摘 要： | 先天性肌性斜颈是一侧胸锁乳突肌发生纤维性挛缩后的畸形。一般认为是一侧胸锁乳突肌在难产时受伤发生出血、机化，以致纤堆变性后引起该肌挛缩。
