| 破瘀醒神、化痰消水法治疗急性脑出血临床观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的观察破瘀醒神、化痰消水法治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法将168例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组予破瘀醒神、化痰消水中药治疗,对照组予西医常规处置;疗程均为21d。结果治疗组临床疗效及血肿吸收、血液流变学指标改善均优于对照组。结论破瘀醒神、化痰消水法治疗急性脑出血疗效满意。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage by Removing Blood Stasis,Removing Phlegm and Clearing away Water.Methods:168 patients were randomly allocated to 2 groups.The treatment group was treated by Chinese herbs of Removing Blood Stasis,Removing phlegm and Clearing away Water,and the controlled group was treated by routine western medicine.Results:The symptomatic improvement,the absorption of the hematoma,and hemorheology in the treatment group were more marked than in the controlled group.Conclusion:Treatment by means of Removing Blood Stasis,Removing phlegm and Clearing away Water have outstanding effect in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. |
