| 摘 要： | 目的观察5-FU持续小剂量灌注与DDP常规灌注的疗效。方法38个晚期卵巢癌病人随机分为2组,19例采用腹腔留置管,5-FU250mgd1～14,对照组采用单次穿刺法,DDP50mg/m^2,2组均配合使用等剂量的吉西他滨静脉化疗,每3周1疗程。结果试验组有效率84.2%,对照组有效率68.4%,试验组优于对照组,且毒副反应可耐受。结论5-FU持续小剂量腹腔灌注化疗可能有很好的应用前景,值得进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of low-dose intraperitoneal chemotherapy with continuous 5-fluorouracil infusion compare with intraperitoneal chemotherapy with cisplatin.Methods 38 patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma were divided randomly into two groups,19 cases in the treatment group received low-dose intraperitoneal chemotherapy with continuous 5-fluorouracil infusion,5-fluorouracil 250mg/d,civ,d1～14;19 cases in the control group received intraperitoneal chemotherapy with cisplatin, cisplatin 50 mg/m^2,dl. Two groups received intervenous infusion with isodose gemcetabine, onecycle for continuous 3 weeks.Results The clinical benefit response rate was 84.2% in the treatment group and 68.4% in the control group, the toxicity of the treatment group was mild.Conclusion Low--dose intraperitoneal chemotherapy with continuous 5--fluorouracil infusion perhaps can improve the clinical benefit response rate in advanced ovarian carcinoma, and the way shoud be approached. |
